HIGH

The height of th person. Important: Stay straight!

CHEST / BUST

Measure under arms around the fullest part of thr chest (circumference). Be sure to keep tape level across back.

WAIST

Mesure closely around the body at your noture waist level. Bee sure to keep tape level across back.

HIP / SEAT

Measure aroun your hips. Make sure that your pockets are empty

TROUSERS WAIST

Mesure closely around the body at your trousers waistband. Depends how / whee you wear it.

ABDOMEN

Measure under arms around your abdomen. Is necessary for men who have belly.

INSEAM

Without shoes measure on inside of leg, from crotch to the floor. Keep your legs slightly open.

BACK LENGHT

Measure from the first, slightly protruding, neck vertebra, alon the spine, to the lower edge of the waist tape.

SHOLDER LENGHT

Measure horizontally betwen shoulder point (right to left). Importnt: Stand up straight and keep your arm lightly apart from the body.

ARM / SLEEVE

With your arm extended, measure from the shoulder point, over the elbow, to the wrist.

UPPER ARM

Mesure around the fullest part of the upper arm.

NECK

Measure the circumference at the base of the neck, above the collar bone.

WOMEN

HEIGHT

The height of th person. Important: Stay straight!

CHEST / BUST

Lay the measuring tape over the fullest part of the bust, below the arms and raise the measuring tape slightly at the back.

ABDOMEN

Mesure horizontally around the belly area. Take the cirfumference under the arm.

WAIST

Measure aroun the narrowest part. Secure the measuring tape here.

HIP / SEAT

Mesure horizontally around the fullest part of the bottom / upper thighs.

WAIST HEIGHT

Mesure from the side base of neck, over the tip of the bust, to the lower edge of the tape.

BUST HEIGHT

Bust depth measure as for front waist length, but only to the tip of the bust.

BACK LENGHT

Measure from the first, slightly protruding, neck vertebra, alon the spine, to the lower edge of the waist tape.

WIDTH BACK

Mesure horizontally betwen arm attachement points. Important: Stand up straight!

ARM

With the arm slightly bent, measure from the shoulder point, over the elbow, to the wrist.

SHOLDER LENGHT / UPPER ARM

a. Measure from base of neck to sholder point.
b. Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm.

INSEAM

Without shoes measure on inside leg, from crotch to the floor.

NECK

Measure the circumference at the base of the neck, above the collar bone.
